How can I become a partner?

Simply get in contact with our partner management to start the process.

Is there a dedicated partner manager for me?

Yes. Every partner has designated partner manager who is also the focal point of contact.

Will I get support as a partner in designing marketing material?

Yes. Compart will share and provide any available marketing material. In addition (if required), Compart can support you with the design and creation of special marketing material. We can provide you with any information, such as pictures, logos, and messaging, you might need.

Can I get access to additional commercial and technical information as a partner?

Yes. Once the partner agreement has been finalized, your partner manager will provide you with all partner relevant information such as pricing, licensing, technical documentation, and more.

How does Compart support me as a partner during the technical evaluation phase?

Compart will help with any commercial and technical requirements around the Compart solutions. Compart can provide assitance with RFIs, RFPs, pricing, licensing, demos, meetings as well as implementations and POCs. The detailed procedures to be discussed with your partner manager based on project requirements.

Do I have to fulfill a specific quota as a partner?

This depends on the type of partnership and will be discussed with your partner manager.

Would Compart assist me on any fairs or events, if I wanted to?

Yes. Compart welcomes any opportunity to organize collaborated events with its partners, such as Conferences, Webinars, Customer Meetings, and more. Simply get in contact with your partner manager to discuss the details.

Are the DocBridge® products easy to integrate? Can the DocBridge® products be integrated with other solutions?

Yes. All DocBridge® products can run as an inpdependent solution and the vast majority of them can be integrated with other solutions thanks to their provided REST-API services.

Can I choose which DocBridge® products I want to resell or integrate into my own solutions?

Absolutely. This depends on your requirements and can be defined in your conversations with your partner manager.

Do I need to provide support for all contractual DocBridge® products?

This depends on the type of partnership. There are several levels of support. In your conversations with your partner manager you can discuss and clarify what level of support you want to provide, otherwise Compart also provides support.
