As one of Germany’s leading insurance companies, Provinzial Rheinland wants to offer efficient solutions not only to the customers but also to their sales partners, independent sales representatives and savings bank agencies. A simple solution for the transmission of documents should be created to cover the various input channels. For the in-house service, the focus was on the improvement of operating comfort and the associated technology change.
Anne Schubert joined Provinzial Rheinland 8 years ago and is in charge of managing large projects. She has been project manager for 20 years in the field of SAP MM/SD, document management, process optimization and also worked on various projects for sales solutions. She is always eager to create and promote flexible and innovative application solutions.
Lukas Kowlczyk joined Provinzial Rheinland 9 years ago. He works on application development in document management, archiving and conversion and is also in charge of „PAPI“ in the Central Systems (Zentrale Systeme) department.
Thomas Ritter joined Provinzial Rheinland 5 years ago, works in the application development pool, and developed, among others, „PAPA“ for the project.
Christian Packenius joined Provinzial Rheinland 17 years ago as organization programmer / software architect in the application development pool. He is an expert in the field of document management and multiple-layer application development. His motto is “try everything”.
